Ms. Atkinson’s practice concentrates on the defense of insurance carriers in first and third party claims, premises liability, negligent security and employment discrimination. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Atkinson represented insurance carriers in premises liability claims.
Ms. Atkinson is an experienced trial attorney, and has been first chair in over 400 jury trials. Ms. Atkinson’s career began as an Assistant State Attorney, and continued in a private criminal defense practice.
