Sharita Young


Ms. Young practices in the areas of insurer insolvency, general liability, and first party litigation. Ms. Young handles complex multi-party litigation involving claims filed against Directors & Officers and claims for professional negligence. Ms. Young is also involved in the defense of claims involving catastrophic losses and claims brought directly against insurers. A portion of Ms. Young’s practice involves the handling of day-to-day regulatory matters for insurance companies in the State of Florida.

Ms. Young attended the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Young worked at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Office of the Florida Attorney General, and the City Attorney for Sunny Isles Beach.
