Mr. Popritkin primarily concentrates on the defense of insurance carriers, their insureds, third party administrators and self-insured entities in the defense of workers’ compensation claims, general liability and personal injury, malpractice claims, commercial litigation, first party PIP litigation as well as first party coverage cases.
