Mr. Holman’s practice focuses on defending claims for wrongful death, catastrophic loss, personal injury, premises liability, products liability and mass torts. He represents insurance carriers, private and public entities and Fortune 500 companies in the defense of both first and third party claims and claims for bad faith. Mr. Holman works closely with insurance carriers, third party administrators, insureds, self-insured entities and investigators in defending claims by injured parties under commercial general liability policies, auto policies, homeowner’s policies and builder’s risk policies.
Additionally, Mr. Holman represents corporate entities in employment matters, including claims filed pursuant to Title VII and Section 1981, and civil rights matters on behalf of police departments, local governments and educational institutions.
